The anxiety, the gut issues, the fatigue that came out of nowhere, the symptoms that changed every week, it felt like my body was running its own experiment and I was the test subject.
Like anyone desperate for answers, I tried everything. Doctors, specialists, lab tests, nutrition plans, shelves full of supplements, and even the latest biohacking gadgets everyone online swore by.
Whether it was conventional or holistic, the story was the same: a small improvement, then the symptoms would creep back in.
Eventually, I realised the truth I’d been avoiding that no protocol was going to save me. I had to understand my body, not just treat it.
I learned how the body becomes overloaded, how to detox properly, how minerals, bile flow, and the liver dictate energy, and how the gut and lymph fit into the bigger picture.
I also learned that symptoms aren’t random punishments, they’re signals.
I explored the mind and the nervous system, the emotional patterns we carry, the stress we normalise, and the beliefs that shape our biology without us realising.
Piece by piece, things shifted. My symptoms released, my energy returned, and for the first time in years, I felt like myself again.
That experience became the backbone of my work. And it’s the same system I now guide others through, so they can finally make sense of their own healing too.
It’s not a quick fix or a magic protocol. It’s a system. One that finally makes sense.
